1- Hawkins has his own Haki, durability and stamina too, losing his extra lives from fodders wouldn't affect him so much even if he loses all of his fodder soldier lives.
2- Zoro clearly said that Hawkins' puppet was stronger than himself, and he got hurt by Hawkins' spikes or whatever that's.
In the end Hawkins was completely fine while Zoro was injured.
Law defeated Hawkins mid/high difficulty.
Law > Hawkins > Zoro.

When you kill Hawkins, you are getting past Hawkins durability, not a fucking fodders. When Zoro killed that straw monster and the fodder lost a life, the straw monster isn't only as durable as those fodders. Just like when you kill Hawkins, you are getting past Hawkins durability.
That is the reason why Hawkins says "If I have 10 lives I can die 10 times". If all you need to do is use a fodder killing attack on Hawkins, then his power is absolute ass lmao and killing a fodder once doesn't mean killing Hawkins once.
Hawkins having CoA is nothing but your head cannon, you need to show feats or shut the fuck up on that. Even if it is, its his devil fruit power that is his main strength.

When did Zoro say Hawkins monster is stronger than himself? He just said the monster is physically strong and Zoro need to exert some force to stop it. He said the same thing about Punk Hazard dragon. Why would Zoro say a monster is stronger than himself when he can one shot him with a casual Hakiless 2 sword move.
He only got hurt by those nails because dodging was not an option for Zoro, he told Luffy watch the kid and he will stop Hawkins. In the similar situation Law would get hurt way more as his CqC swordsmanship speed is no where near Zoro's.
All and all Hawkins died 3 times at the hands of casual Zoro despite using possibly his strongest card that according to him can deal with both Luffy and Zoro and he couldn't even prove he can land a hit on Zoro without aiming at people Zoro has to protect.
Hawkins is a low diff fight for Zoro tops.
So if Hawkins gave Law mid/high diff, Zoro obliterates Law.
Try harder.
Zoro is at least stronger than all the Yonko commanders besides YFMs without Enma.
With Enma Zoro is around low top tier.
