The argument is that; Luffy must fight Admirals 1 v 1, thus this should hype Admirals EoS.
We've seen a lot of this; ''oh how Luffy can fight Admirals from now on, Luffy got too strong, thus Admirals must be as strong as Luffy too''
First of all, it's always possible that other Government forces like Vegapunk, Kong's army and Imu and Gorousei, or CP0 could cause trouble for them EoS, not only Admirals, and secondly multiple Admirals can always team up against 1 opponent.
Some suggests that Admirals might get Blueno treatment in the future due to Luffy being on a one tier above, however, there is also another option, if Enies Lobby Luffy fought 2 Bluenos or 3 Bluenos at the same time, that might be a bigger problem for Enies Lobby Luffy.
It's possible as we know the point why Admirals are formidable, is that because they can constantly team up with each other, unlike Yonko, who rarely team-up with each other, when they do, it probably won't last long (Kaido and Big mom alliance) thus Admirals can always fight together, which is something you don't see from Yonko on regular basis.
Even in Marijoa, when Fujitora was not allowed to enter the Marine bases, and Greenbull was send to throw Fujitora out, Fujitora and Greenbull still teamed up against Sabo and other Revos, and fought 2 Admirals at the same time,
If Fujitora didn't team up with Greenbull, perhaps Sabo and other revos could've succeed against 1 Admiral.
Frigging Shiki the Golden Lion 1 v 2 fought the Admirals;
You seriously think EoS Luffy can't do better than Shiki?
It's even questionable that Shiki alone is Admiral level or not, he fought 1 v 2 and destroyed half of the marineford before losing.
Pre-Yonko Blackbeard vs. Sengoku + Garp again;
2 Admirals vs. 1 Great Pirate is a concept that Eiichiro Oda created. Oda can make this 2 v 1 or even 3 v 1 as he foreshadowed in here;
This epic moment has definitely an impact for the rest of the story in the future, it's not like Oda wasted his time with this when everyone knew Pre-TS Luffy was an insect against 3 Admirals.
So why Oda did this? Because it will happen in the future, it was an investment for the future chapters.

EoS Luffy might lose if they have to fight 2 v 1 against the Admirals, or 3 of them at the same time, this would make EoS Luffy's fight competitive with Admirals.
