Serious thread here haha : Foxy vs Deku with 30% Full cowl and 45% with legs. (No black whip)

Foxy has his goxing gloves. Deku has his full gear (air shoot gloves and metal shoes).

Round 1 : Foxy without DF vs Deku only punchs

Round 2 : Foxy with DF and normal gloves vs Deku but only fist fight

Round 3 : Foxy with DF and spiky gloves vs Deku fists and legs. (but only 30% full cowl and 45% legs)

As long as Deku doesn’t do a straightforward attack he takes it. His speed is way greater than his reaction time.

Foxy wins as long as he uses his DF hax, I don't see him taking Deku down differently.

Noro Noro ray makes up for almost every % of Foxy's strenght the way I see it. Because his punches would get easily blocked differently.

I don't know Deku at that level is quite fast. In full cowl 30% and 45% legs during the war he has solid speed feats, I won't be surprised if he was clearly supersonic/borderline hyper.

Foxy is ranked as hyper and can tango with post skypiea Luffy.

Strength wise they should be close too.

Deku is smarter and a bit more versatile and Foxy has DF

Are you sure that Luffy was MHS ? At EL Luffy was MHS okay but before and especially against Foxy I don't know

And foxy was likely a bit slower than Luffy but compensate by his DF

Yes,he was MHS as Enel was it

He can send shockwave with his punchs and kicks and they are powerful. He is also many times smarter and he can maybe counter the noro with a mirror like luffy.

Deku can kinda fly by propulsing himself with his power.(still not a master doing it but kinda good)

Deku doesn't have mirrors in his arsenal but he can find a way to reflect the Noro beam back like Luffy. Luffy doesn't have mirrors in his arsenal too yet he used one to reflect the beam.

Foxy was able to go toe to toe with not just Luffy but "Afro Luffy".
plus has a quite Powerful DF ability.

It's been many years since I've seen what Foxy can actually do but this is a really cool idea for a matchup. Somehow it makes me think of Deku vs Gentle.
Would be really cool if someone can animate this with 2D sprites or something.

Personally though, I'd like to see Foxy win tbh.

Sure,Noro slows down whatever it hits.

A shockwave is not intangible ergo it gets slow down.On the other Hand it dont work on Ghost´s or stuff with full intang

Foxy wins extreme diff to be honest. Sure Deku is more faster and smarter but Foxy's df is broken as hell.

Deku is pretty much like Luffy and if he falls for one of Foxy’s trick, it a KO for him.
