honestly it felt like it could be a Zoro arc in the beginning but Oda droped it like half the plotlines in Wano. the reality is Wano is now gonna be Zoro's flashback machine since Ryuma grave visit was off screen, maybe the handing of nidai and info on his lineage ,but its fine though cause we wasted panel time on Yamato the weird bait character instead of Zoro or any other SH.
He was on roof piece doing the most, he took out king the right hand, he had his adventures beating eustass's right hand and ninjas and hyuori plot, he is from wano just like his village, got enma's sword that is both oden and his village related, co firmation he related to ryuuma. How much more do you want?

It's not false, none will surpass luffy in panel time nomatter what, and kaidou was the big villain of the saga
Chopper as SH got 3 times less panel time, sanji half
I agree he got alot but Oda dropped half his plotlines, if he didnt want us to expect Zoro stuff he shouldnt have teased nidai, Ryuma's grave, and actually discussing his Lineage and what that means to Wano and Zoro.
Luffy having the most screen time is a given considering he is the MC. I'm sure it was the same during WCI. Luffy probably had more focus than Sanji did. It doesn't change the fact that this was Zoro's arc.

Whole cake revolved around Sanji, this is less about screen time and more about relevance. The arc did not revolve around him so to me that doesn't make it his arc.
