Yes. And it’s really not even close. Wano from start to end was an absolute train wreck of an arc. Whether it’s the horrible pacing where Act 1 and 2 were way too long then the actual climax was way too quick. The complete lack of resolution. Arguably the worst side characters in OPs history with Yamato and the scabbards being mostly completely pointless. And Kaido and Big Mom being some of the worst written villains in the story. Then oda tried to cover all this up with fights in act 3 which I think most people on this site agree were rushed and mostly disappointing (hell most people thought the fights were ended so poorly that the fights weren’t even over)
It has the lowest lows, and other arcs have some semblance of highs and storytelling. Wano was a train wreck.

Many reasons make Shitty Country the worst:
-The space wasted on useless side characters and other useless things reached its most insufferable point.
-Lolda started to treat villains like a joke.
-The main cast became so insufferable to the point that people are saying cross guild should be the main characters instead.
-Lolda destroyed all the sense of seriousness in the story.
-Lolda started to introduce plot points in which people are interested,only for throw them away like garbage.
If there is a arc that shouldn't have happened,it's this one.

If not for Katakuri I would say WCI. The whole germa storyline is a dumpster fire. None of those clowns should have existed, Sanji's character and backstory was leagues better heading into WCI than it was leaving WCI.
Wano ruined Luffy and was the biggest waste of time, much longer than it needed to be. So I might go Wano. Definitely between these two though.
