Wano might not be good, but it never felt like a filler arc to me. WCI is a filler arc. If Oda could bring Big Mom to Wano by some other means, nothing changes if we remove WCI entirely from the story. Big Mom was unbearable, the wedding cake plot was atrocious, probably one of the top 3 lowest points in the entire story. Wano is better than WCI.
