Not even close, it probably gives Sanji a defence comparable to Zoro and Luffy CoA for the sake of him surviving hits from YCs.
Anyway you shouldn't put RS wank in your agenda cause the better it is the more credit it takes for Sanji victories. Just like in the clash with King, basically the RS provided everything: invisibility and durability to resist an hit Sanji deemed lethal, if we put Usopp in the suit the final result wouldn't have been so different (aside from Usopp being thrown away by King first kick).
