Future Events A 3 year timeskip

How awesome would it be if after the straw hats leave Wano we go into a 3 year timeskip.

The straw hats have been cementing themselves as a powerful Yonko crew, the grand fleet have expanded with each division being a mini-fleet and making names for themselves and managing Luffy’s territory.

The straw hats have been adventuring throughout the grand line collecting poneglyphs and searching for the last road poneglyph. Luffy is now more mature and is more of a leader and listens to his crew mates also he mastered CoO to the point where it can cover a huge surface area as well as being able to converse with all non-sentient creatures and sense the will of non-living objects like rocks, buildings, ships and swords. Also he’s able to pick up on subtle feelings the same way Sanji does and read minds like Fujitora, his CoA is as powerful as other strong CoA specialist and his CoC is close to Shank’s

Yeah, a timeskip wouldn’t be the worst idea…but considering where we are in the story AND what same has been like since the first timeskip, I don’t have faith that Oda would be able to contain himself from setting up more than he can reasonably resolve now that we’re in the end phase

I think 3 years is good, Luffy can be a haki master in this time reasonably as well as be able to use Gear 4th casually like his other gears, Zoro can tame Enma and be able to use CoC casually, Sanji would have improved his haki game a little and learn the rokushiki, his cybernetic transformation would be permanent and has the raid suit rebuilt to suit himself. The other straw hats would have the basics of the 2 types of haki.

Luffy would mature and be able to make decisions more wisely now that his responsibilities expanded and be able to act calmly in times of crisis and lead his team by delegating roles and responsibilities as well as listen more to his crew members.

It would also be cool if the straw hats recruit fodders abroad the ship and expand the sunny to be as big as Shanks’ ship and all the main straw hats get promoted to executives rank(a rank that is equivalent to the grand fleet’s division commanders) with Zoro being the official vice captain.

I'm just reading spoilers from One Piece. And here the MC is also called Luffy and had similar abilities.

Luffy is everything but mature. And he doesn't listen to others.
His CoO can't even sense a much weaker guy getting inside his "top tier" fight.
He didn't even acknowledge a giant elephant called Zunesha near Wano.
Also he has no emotion abilities since he didn't knew Kanjuro was a traitor and Kid was going after his head.
His haki overall was mocked by Kaido. His CoA is so weak that he runs out of it within a few minutes of using it at maximum potential which he calls G4. Even advanced techniques are said to have shallow damaged.
His CoC is so weak that he alone couldn't even knock out Kaido's underlings at Onigashima.

It would be a cool idea,but Oda just changed the entire world's situation,and if he does another timeskip,he will have to change it again,and it would be a mess. Also,it seems that this year is the exact moment when Luffy will have to find the One Piece

It would be smart from a business perspective. Oda gets to advance the story, some pirates have died during the time skip, others have surfaced and so on.

When One Piece is done some new mangaka can write stories about what happened during the time skip similar to Dragon Ball Super. Oda only stays as executive producer like Toriyama.

It doesn't make sense a timeskip now.

Luffy was supposed to be ready after the first timeskip. Another one makes no sense.
