Easy for some people to recommend medication for mental conditions/disorders, but somehow actually managing your psychiatrist to prescribe the correct medication is the real challenge.
Half the time the medication that gets prescribed to you doesn't work as you expected it to, and it comes with side effects that are really, just a pain to deal with.

I won't disagree; If just taking medication was the be all end all...
What should happen is we should not be medication dependant. Something ain't right in this world.
Medication can't help the physically impaired, People with Deformities etc. People who had Strokes and lost the ability to use their hand etc...
This is a cruel world, I can still only hope we can find things to help these people. /shrug

I think it's infantile to treat masculinity or femininity as some goal, I like many of the things usually called masculine, it's people's choice, but overall we are way smarter and stronger physically, both due to the enviroments we exist in, the past is very overrated and mythified as some better place, when it's not,

And a thought I just had, it is often said that masculinity is dominant, and femininity is submissive, if you want me to be "masculine", and feminity is submitting or following, isn't me choosing to be that masculine, if I do it because you said I should, like how the guy in the video tries to impose a way in which men supposedly talk, feminine?,

Women are more agreeable,so they are less likely to engage in heated debates and stuff.
Test levels worldwide are dropping mostly due to plastics. The way to fix this can be done in four steps:
Have days at least 1 day of your week with 0-1 hour of screen time only
Hit the gym 4-5x a week at least.
Eat healthier. Desi/ South Asians diets are too carb focused & causes lack of muscle building proteins. Try to get natural foods. Less or no oil. Oil is horrible for digestion and too many carbs.
Talk less online more in person. REAL life interactions are important to retain society, despite everyone being addicted sort of to smartphone online content.

They tend to use the victim card a lot, especially for things that don't concern them for some reason.
