I think we all figured that at least the Roger pirates were aware of Imu, but after the encounter between Xebec and Imu, the number of characters that know is likely a lot bigger than we originally thought.

All characters that likely were aware of Imu’s existence (pre-Reverie where Sabo encountered him):
- Roger
- Rayleigh
- Gaban
- Shanks
- Buggy
- All of the Roger pirates
- Xebec
- Whitebeard
- Kaido
- Big Mom
- All of the Rocks pirates
- Blackbeard (by proximity to Rocks)

(side note all of the original yonko and new yonko except Luffy probably know about Imu)

- Kuzan
- Blackbeard’s entire crew based on the interaction with Saturn in Egghead
- Harald and possibly other giants
- I’m willing to bet Sengoku and Garp know too based on their proximity to Roger/Rocks
- also willing to bet Kong


Funnily enough, Dragon isn’t in that group.

Notice that every character that we think would have intel on Imu isn’t trying to challenge the government directly?

Kaido and Big Mom wanted to obtain ancient weapons and the one piece before taking the government head on.

Dragon is the only one taking on the government head on…. and he doesn’t know about Imu.

Imo this basically confirms that Dragon and the rev are going to get folded by Imu to show the importance of finding the one piece and the pirate path.

All of the yonko except Luffy know/knew.

Tbh it wouldn’t even surprise me at this point if Akainu and all of the admirals are aware of Imu even if they don’t know the full void history.

If even rear admirals know about the Gorosei’s demon forms the government is a lot less secretive than we thought.
