Luffy's main opponents who fights him solo seems to have it the later we go into the story.

1. Chinjao : CoC
2. Doflamingo : CoC, Awakening
3. Katakuri : CoC, Awakening, Future Sight
4. Kaido : CoC, Awakening, Future Sight, Advanced CoC

The Admirals having FS seems more likely since in Marineford, they seems to deform their body before they got attacked by supposedly CoA imbued attacks.

The Admirals, especially Akainu, having CoC seems more likely since among the Marines, only Admiral level character have it (Garp is special, Sengoku is FA).

Blackbeard having CoC seems more likely because a duo (teacher-student, peers, rivals, mortal enemy, idols) usually have it:

Shanks Luffy, Ray Luffy, Shanks Mihawk, Mihawk Zoro, Garp Roger, Roger Whitebeard, Whitebeard Oden, Roger Shanks, etc.

if kuzan doesnt show acoc in his fight with garp then akainu also aint got acoc

If Akainu fights sabo or Luffy, he'd have CoC surely

Teach also has CoC , and will show awakenings for both fruits
