Powers & Abilities Abilities that ignore Haki and Durability

I think that Haki can mitigate a lot like for Luffy against Caesar (grizzly magnum). I don't know for venom demon but top level of Haki can maybe mitigate.
I think superior haki can be a counter to all DF. for me there are no absolute abilities that can work 100% each time regardless of haki (for durability there are hax that work)

COA acting like an armor can likely prevent Sugar from affecting you.
Both systems have their problems : only Haki feats would negate the diversity and the match up and the originality of fights but only DF fights are just a question of hax or pure match up advantage.
It must have a thing in between that allow character to fight against hax when they are stronger but allow to have an advantage with their DF too (more speed power hax etc)

Shouldn’t that just be intel and strategy? If you don’t know about what an abiiity does, despite having much stronger haki, you should be at a huge disadvantage. Sort of like how Nen works in hunter x hunter where every fodder is a real threat due to the inherent unpredictability of Nen abilities. No matter who you are, if you let a manipulator complete their conditions, you lose.
