• Magellan's power ignores durability, one-shotted Blackbeard and his crew, which is something not even WB and Sengoku could do.
• Caesar's power ignores durability, he defeated Post-TS Luffy.
• Yeti Cool Brothers defeated Post-TS Zoro.
• Jack defeated Nekomamushi and Inuarashi by using Caesar's poison gas, he couldn't defeat them in a 5 days long fight before.

Because he bypassed the rubbers side effect of lessening blunt damage.
Only blackbeard stops luffy being rubber.

Sugar, Tsuru, Kalifa, Foxy and Persona's devils fruit abilities are at the top of my head for now. I'll think of other abilites and edit the answer later on.

I think Bonney's ability also ignores all kinds of physical defenses but we don't know if it yet.

Ignoring durability doesn't mean entirely

Shanks' sword didn't melt from Akainu's magma logia since it was imbued with quite a strong haki
