Hope this thread is some sort of joke.
there’s only 100k fishman. Shanks and Rayleigh can knock them all out doesn’t mean shanks=Rayleigh which goes against the manga your literally reading
Also for people saying Rayleigh has advanced conquerers is another lie. Luffy completed his training from Rayleigh when he learned barrier and internal destruction.

Since CoC has become more important Power level-wise, they started downplaying Shanks.
Wasn't CoC useless power utilized for fodders? Can't wait the day u'all cry because Mihawk doesn't even have baseline CoC.

Ofcourse this doesn't matter to Shanks' fanboys who still deny Shanks is a swordsman so they can daydream Shanks has a chance against Mihawk the world's best/strongest
Does Aladine have comparable strength to Jinbe? Does Mohji have comparable strength to Buggy? Does Sarquiss have comparable strength to Bellamy? Does Boo have comparable strength to Sai? Does Jango have comparable strength to Kuro...?

Imagine saying Shanks is the strongest AdCoC user in the verse while also saying Rayleigh doesn't have AdCoC when Oda places them on the same level in terms of CoC mastery 
Let me be clear, EVEN if Rayleigh on screen won that contest against Shanks, the fans will justify it saying "Shanks had diarrhea that day"
The number of fishman was given was 100K which is as much as Ray & Shanks could take out with CoC. This doesn’t mean either of them can’t take out even more orbthey are equal it’s a simple matter of there aren’t more enemies above 100K in this situation.

It would be entrancing to find out what it takes to forge a black blade. If it's just about totality of will rather than let's say CoA output , then Roger was not necessarily particularly CoC oriented odds wise. There are many possibilities for what it takes to forge it anyway. Even if it was a CoA feature prominently, perhaps Roger's CoA was still particularly proficient, it's just not enough.
You are talking about first mates, whether "fodder randoms" or not. Aladine was never compared to Jinbe in the way Jinbe was compared to Tiger, yet he was Jinbe's first mate. Mohji's captain is Buggy, one of the most relevant pirates in this story, and we know he has been put as way more comparable to Cabaji considering their draw in their fight for captaincy. Regarding Boo, he's obviously way weaker than Sai considering both characters importance plus their performance against the Funk brothers. Sarquiss clearly didn't stand out compared to Bellamy, and Jango was Usopp's versus while Luffy took care of Kuro himself.
