Yeah Kaido will show his hybrid form and armament haki just to keep up with these "monsters" lmao the alliance will get the L now is the right time to see Kaido's hybrid form just like when Lucci defeated the strawhats not to mention Kaido's and Big mom's haki unless some people think the ones who split the sky have base armament or something + Big mom is with Kaido, who is with Luffy, Kid and Law? Zoro and Killer lol
The act ends with the arrival of the bmp and the alliance's defeat the marines are not here to say the beast pirates and the BMP are gonna lose

I think they didn't understood your point... Correct me if I'm wrong but you're trying to say that Oda is referencing the 3-act kabuki (w/ succeeding acts as "add-ons"/epilogue since this isn't actually a kabuki play)...

You forgot Sanji... I think if Jinbe is set to fight Who's Who, then Sanji is set to fight Black Maria (he has to win using tricks)...

That's a possible scenario as well... Though I feel that Marco will join the Yonko battle once other formidable fighters reaches the top as well (I feel that Germa will arrive for revenge)...

It depends if Yamato is already YC level (I think she's not yet at that level, maybe YC4?), or else she might fight Compote or Daifuku instead (one of which might be Chopper's opponent whoever is weaker)...
