It needs to be stated because we see confirmed aCoC clashes where they are touching and no-one even comments on them not touching. We don't 100% know what happens and sometimes neither does Oda because he is inconsistent and never fully explained it in detail, for all we know in touchless CoC clashes thete could also be emission CoA involved, or maybe CoC can also be emitted in the same manner but it was never stated so far. You can't just say that they seem to be touching but they aren't because it doesn't agree with your theory.
I will just answer the vivre card point because your other argument are lame..

Provide a scene where a character explains or states the color of haki.
Not everytime will the Sky be shown splitting.. Not touching is still a core attribute introduced when AdCoC was established as a new power in the series.. It's essential..

Yes Roger is swinging back but Whitebeard was already in attack pose falling on top of roger just like Zoro was falling to King. Both Zoro and Whitebeard have thick lighting on their swords and their trails are smaller the further it is.

No its just Oda making a mistake. Dont worry about it. He made it like Zoro "having" the same trails as WB and Roger in that panel. Mistakes happen.
You're right about that.. Then my final argument on that specific topic.. Oda is going out of his way to keep the no touching with Luffy's gear 5, his punches are like bubbles instead of fist inprints..
