Even Lucci became a moron who refused to Off Luffy after seeing his Gears for no reason. Just stared at Luffy's near Dead Body for minutes doing nothing untill Usopp insulted him

The Admirals are lucky they avoided being an Arc Villain for so long.

Mihawk will probably be the only Character immune from PIS since Zoro Opponents never suffer from it too much outside of Kaku being Plot nerfed while Fighting Zoro Two on One

Can't be helped. Kaidou became scapegoat for Japanese samurai wank. In any arc, side characters like scabbards should have been sidelined by now with strawhats and other pirates involving main fights and yet we are here with scabbards. Hope they won't be involved with calamities and flying six.

No, he started to enjoy the fight barely now since he started to block and dodge.
With BM he directly needed to go serious and clashed with her.

It doesn't matter if he is using Adv CoC now, they didn't split the sky in their clash unlike with BM clash and we have no statements saying otherwise (I mean a comparison between both clashes or something of the sort).

They did in many occasions
1. Kaido revealing the people who can fight him 1 vs 1 despite getting captured by Marines.
2. Orochi brazenly telling the CP0 that the entire WG could not defeat Wano.
3. Apoo itching to attack Kizaru while so scared to go against Yonko.
4. Hawkins stats comparison of Kaido and Kizaru
5. A DF less child BM having potential to become Fleet Admiral.
6. Doflamingo ready to face multiple AdmiraLs but pissed his pants at the thought of Kaido anger.
7. Akainu sweating bullets when Shanks stopped him.
8. Aokiji becomes an underling to the weakest Yonko.
9. A deathbed Yonko without able to use Advanced Ryou, CoC can still two shot the Strongest AdmiraL.
10. AdmiraLs lacking CoC while Advanced CoC is the prerequisite for being a Top tier.
11. AdmiraLs lacking Advance Penetrating Ryou needed to damage Kaido.
12. BM easily immobilized Marco and scared him while the same Marco played football with every AdmiraL.
13. when King made Marco bleed in a fair fight which the AdmiraLs failed to do even with Akainu being bloodlusted.
14. Fujitora panting against G3 while G4 gets oneshot by Kaido.
