That would likely be because some are reported and some are not. The Waiting Room can produce dozens of posts in as many minutes, so the Mods are not going to see them all unless they are all reported.

I guess that makes sense. But I remember when people posted lewd things to each other and they were quoting each other too and sometimes only certain users got banned. But this isn't the place to talk about this anyway, for now it's a trivial matter.

The memes I've seen from you have been okay. I'm mostly against random Sanji/Zoro memes that have no relation to recent forum or chapter events. Ideally, I would prefer if most of the memes here were about the forum, its members, recent events, drama, etc. One Piece specific memes would be topical only due to their import on forum drama. So Apoo memes may have on point last chapter due to the effect on the fandom wars, but a meme about Sanji being a simp would not.

You've mostly made memes about forum drama, so I think you get the hang of it.

Of course you could have been joking, I don't really parse humour that well.
