I feel like it has to do with bending someone’s will to your own. The advanced forms we’ve already seen appear to be extensions of the color’s basic functions - CoA allows you to harden your body, advanced CoA lets you use that hardening to affect your opponents’ bodies; CoO lets you observe things at a distance, advanced CoO lets you observe things a little into the future. Therefore, if CoC allows you to overcome weaker willed enemies, stands to reason that advanced CoC allows you to take control of their spirit entirely. How that manifests is entirely up to the user - whereas Kaido and Linlin might use it to force people to swear fealty to them, Luffy may unconsciously rally those around him to his cause. We’ve seen this play out many times already, with Mihawk noting it as the most dangerous ability on the seas during the war at Marineford, so I believe that’s a result of advanced CoC.
Weather manipulation is a possibility. See Roger vs Shiki when the storm brewed, and just the overall Yonkou sky splitting clashes. But seeing as how broken future sight and internal destruction haki is for COO and COA, I'd think CoC is going to be equally if not more broken. Imbueing your own will over someone else may be the advanced form of CoC (and what I think may have happened when Shanks blocked Akainu at MF). IMO you can't fight/counter it it unless you have CoC yourself, or something equally broken. WB had the Gura Gura to counter/make-up for the CoC deficit between him and Roger IMO.
Conquering intangible things depending on the user's affinity and domain.
For example, Shanks may have this conquering effect on "distance /space" to be capable of teleporting? And since the space domain is taken by Shanks (personal headcanon) Luffy may take other domain such as "energy domain" (gain authority over kinetic/mechanical energy? Multiply his speed or mass without consequence? Etc)

So similar to Gojo's unlimited void from Jujutsu Kaisen?
I reckon Luffy apply CoC to his own body, and then his fist can surpass lightspeed (conquer kinetic energy and speed limitation) or as heavy as trillions of tons (conquering mass limit for a human) something like that
