Mihawk obviously has advcoc, but how would the fight play out between mihawk and zoro, whould oda retcon the no touch or would they not touch.

ACoC and no touch aren’t the same. The no touch is from CoA.

The no touch comes from AdCoA. If its just AdCoC, then they'll touch. If it's + AdCoA, they'll do what Roger & Whitebeard did, leaving a gap between their weapons
