Sanji's attacks are almost always barrage type (a lot of moves), fitting because he's speedy.
Zoro's attacks are almost always one hit type (one big move), fitting because he's a power type.
It's their dichotomy, to add variety & difference. If both were oneshot type or barrage type, it would be boring.
This is why Luffy's attacks are partially one big punch (eg Kaido's finisher), the other part is a barrage of punches (eg Crocodile's finisher).
