Any form of Aizen washes any One Piece character. Even by Shinigami ( = Death God) standards he was off the charts and easily above the Shinigami elite (captains).

Even if Doflamingo had Reiatsu, it wouldn't make a difference, Grimmjow has Reiatsu and Aizen is still crushing him casually. And if the OP wants to equalize energies, it'd just mean Aizen negates everything Doflamingo does.
