I think Akainu, Kizaru, and Dragon were sake brothers

It could have been Akainu, Kizaru, and Kuzan, but it seems to me that Kuzan always disliked Akainu.

He was pissed at him back in ohara when he killed the refugees. Also, Kuzan seemed to train alongside Garp, as opposed to with the other marines.

I think Dragon was Akainu’s 3rd brother. That’s why he hated Luffy so much. He hates dragon for betraying them and leaving the marines.

I mean, not impossible. Vega and Dragon were close. Kizaru's best friend is Vega.

They had a third brother that died, then Dragon left and this caused the hate.

Akainu’s best friend is clearly Dragon but he was definitely named Sakazuki for a reason so there might be a third one(having the Luffy/Ace/Sabo thing in mind), don't think that's Kizaru though.

We know Akainu and Kizaru enlisted the same year and were close. Dragon has the same age as Akainu and there Is a clear history between the two.

Dragon was Sakazuki's best friend, and probably at some point Sakazuki was order to kill a deserting Dragon and couldnt do it.

It would be a funny coincidence considering both their best friends are also friends without them knowing

Before this arc his friendship with Vegapunk was at best barely hinted and the one with Akainu Is all a post TS thing.
I think Is quite possibile: if Akainu and Kizaru are close, and Akainu was close to Dragon...

This could explain why he was only messing around with Luffy in Saboady/Egghead and never took it seriously.
