Old Garp came to Beehive island and faced 5 competent characters and an army of fodders :
Kuzan with countless fodders's help and Teach commanders, yet fodders were saying this :
The fodder characters lost faith in Kuzan and all the fighters present because they witnessed how effortlessly he rag-dolled them despite facing a gauntlet of challenges.
But the situation changed dramatically since :
Garp before Shiryu's stab, fodders lost hope :
After Shiryu's stab, fodders gained hope :
Afterwards , Weakened Garp clashed against Aokiji and then he threw him with a hakiless, nameless throw treating him as an after-thought to save Coby in which he succeded.

I had Luffy ~ Shanks after wano. This is what Luffy has
God tier fruit + AdCoC + Future Sight + Barrier Haki + Internal Penetration
Kizaru somehow managed to clown this guy, now I know this wasn't your traditional One Piece fight, lots of cat and mouse fuckery going on but I'd be extremely biased if I randomly place Shanks >> Luffy just cause Kizaru broke my powerscale. No...Luffy has proven himself against Kaidou, after that I thought he had all the tools to beat Kizaru without even needing G5 (thought Snakeman with FS would be enough) now that Kizaru completely shit on that, it is up to Shanks to prove how he can solve Kizaru. Snakeman lvl of speed + attack rate, with FS cognition was still a game to Kizaru. If I assume Kizaru has a whole other level like awakening it gets even sillier.
Sorry man, I'm done assuming Kizaru loses to anyone after egghead, they have to prove it.

You're acting like Kizaru wasn't more nerfed (actually canonically nerfed) than Luffy's fanfic nerf. You would have a point if Kizaru was going all out to kill Luffy, but let's just equalize their nerfs for the sake of argument (even though Kizaru was more nerfed), nerfed Kizaru clowned nerfed Luffy, therefore unnerfed Kizaru is also likely to beat unnerfed Luffy.

Both werent going all out so like how can you judge, also he won by time out other characters dont have a time limit for him to exploit lol. He was the perfect matchup for Luffy who has a time limit.

I am not gifting other top tiers G5 level of speed with a FS stack. Sorry.

Shanks for example has sword lethality to quickly deal with G5 Luffy which Kaido with his blunt damage lacked.
Put the Kaido that was fighting against G4 Luffy and he mid to high diffs him. Its a shame he only went all out when he was almost out of stamina.

And Kaidou was taking attacks left and right as well. Does Shanks also have Kaidou's durability/endurance?
This is where FS and barrier haki come in handy. Besides, so far Shanks' divine departure has no cutting properties, it's like a haki bar more than anything, it remains to be seen if Shanks is as lethal as someone like Mihawk for example.

We were talking about speed and attack speed, If Kaido can not only keep up with G5 but actually blitz him then why cant Shanks lol? And if he can then he can tag Kizaru its that simple bro.
