Questions & Mysteries Akainu's poison abilities? Toxic Gases.

I was thinking about Akainu and about real world Volcanoes and their eruptions.
And about the toxic gases released during an eruption.
"Volcanic gases can be harmful to health, vegetation and infrastructure. ... By far the most abundant volcanic gas is water vapor, which is harmless. However, significant amounts of carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide, hydrogen sulfide and hydrogen halides can also be emitted from volcanoes."
"Volcanic gases were directly responsible for approximately 3% of all volcano-related deaths of humans between 1900 and 1986. Some volcanic gases kill by acidic corrosion; others kill by asphyxiation."
Now not too deadly in nature, but if Akainu could control the amounts he could be even deadlier than just with his destructive abilities, which were said to be the deadliest in the series.
And as a Top Top tier character with decades of experience with his Devil Fruit, it's not out of the realm of possibility to assume he could.
But it could also give him some poison immunity as well.

Jokes aside. I could see a slim, slim chance it happen in the story.

I mean, Sakazuki has become antagonist for pretty long time.
Imho, Oda wont bring back Sakazuki the next time we see him fight with exact same old technique that we already seen 10 years ago in Marineford Arc.
Plus, Oda already tell us that Marine become stronger after TS and high likely Sakazuki, now FA, also get stronger/not stagnant.
So, he should has more things to be showed under his sleeve.

Well, tbh I'm not a fan of this, but it still could happen.

Ah well it is 100% sure that we will see way more from him during the war arc

I suppose he will still use the techniques he showed us long ago but this will make up for a snall percentage of his whole arsenal

I can see a technique like that one to be totally feasible

Well Luffy has been seriously poisoned/sickened at least 4 times and each time comes out more immune. Figure that's going to benift him some time in the future so I could see it.

I think akainu cant do that toxic gas because he is logia and toxic gas volcano happen because magna melt something from earth unless its paramecia like pica who can blend with earth and melt subtance from earth and make toxic volcano gas
