Can Sesshomaru win round 1 without being cut? That's the real question, cause Akame's blade kills in a single cut no matter how minimal. Speed equalized (and base Akame?) I'm guessing no if Sesshomaru doesn't have knowledge. If he does? Sesshomaru should be able to weave around her. He's the superior combatant as far as base Akame is concerned.

Yes Sesshomaru can can outmaneuver Ennoodzuno Akame with Bakusaiga easily. Bakusaiga is a sword that kills the moments your hit with it. It sends a large corrosion wave that will eradicate anything in its path and it neglects all healing factors. One scratch is enough to erode Akame from her very existance.

Round 1: I really don't know. Does Sesshomaru get Tokijin or Tenseiga. I think with these swords he can take this round with low difficulty. It would take a couple of well planned dragon strikes and meidos but I could see him pulling it off. If not then Akame takes this round.

From what I learned, Akame sword sends a poisonous curse that spreads through the victim's body, killing them within seconds by stopping their heart. But this only works on organic beings whereas Sesshomaru's bakusaiga has been used on beings like Magatsuhi who was a manifested spirit. Not to mention, Bakusaiga not only erodes what it touches but can send an erosion wave capable of killing 1000 demons in a single blow. I don't think Akame can do that with her sword, unless I am wrong.

Both of their swords are one shot kill if the small cut lands clean. Sessho not being a human doesn't really affect much since Murasame works in every living beings.

You are correct. Akame's Murasame can't do any erosion wave that Bakusaiga does.

But erosion is still poison right? What exactly prove that Seshomaru will be poisoned by it? If poison didn't work on him from the begining.
Also talking about R1, Seshomaru cut threw diamond with pure strengh, plus to that he could survive from any wounds...I'm not even talking about his ability using yokai yoki...I'm really not sure that Sesho even will feel need to use his sword.
Sword was important for him, case Inuyasha got his father sword that could destroy mountain with single swing, and could double it's power with enemys with just absorbing and fully negating enemy attack, I'm not even talking about it's ability of using enemys power and to steal techniques. It was broken, while Sessho was strong without any sword.
While yes, Meido - creating portal to Death, and Bakusaiga - injecting any organic things with decomposing "virus",that will spread in moment and will inject even if person will cut it's arm- "virus" will destroy any part of organic being that was at least scratched with it, made Sesshomaru strongest antagonist and character in series owerall.

Actually, Sesshomaru is resistant to poison. He's not immune to it. He was able to withstand the weak poison of people like Mukotsu but during the first few moments of his first encounter with Magatsuhi, his entire right arm was crippled and on the verge of being destroyed. Another thing is, Bakusaiga neglects healing. Does Akame's sword do that? If he was struck, he could heal himself as his healing factors is decently strong and works wonders. And lastly can Akame even do that much damage to him? Sesshomaru's tenseiga protects him if it senses he is in danger. It has protected him from attacks like the windscar which were strong enough to destroy mountains, or the dragon twister which was strong enough to dig large canyons into solid earth. Wouldn't tenseiga protect him from Akame's attacks?
