Hell no. OP top tiers are planet level, that's completely crazy. Maybe you can push them to continental with some calcs or other stuff at best but how tf is that legit on this side?

Well, not really.

Bajrang Gun, Blazing Bagua, Puncture Wille, Gura splitting the ocean whilst affecting nearby islands, creating island sized TSUNAMIS, Kuzan freezing the ocean which spans across several islands, Punk Hazard.

That stuff is still better than Chinjao's feat unless he really split a legit continent, then it's another thing.

Well, not really.

Bajrang Gun, Blazing Bagua, Puncture Wille, Gura splitting the ocean whilst affecting nearby islands, creating island sized TSUNAMIS, Kuzan freezing the ocean which spans across several islands, Punk Hazard.

That stuff is still better than Chinjao's feat unless he really split a legit continent, then it's another thing.
