Solo Levelling is garbage and I couldn't even finish the first episode. Literally everything I hate about shonen rolled into one.

Haikyuu is good and probably the only sports anime I can tolerate. I did watch a good show the other month but I forgot the name of it, it'll come back to me hopefully.

Sports anime is something I usually struggle with because I love sports more than pretty much any other interest. Tennis most of all but also American Football and then, a distant third, Football. Basketball too. And the reason is probably because it's unscripted so you have the hope when you're watching your favourite player/team only for it to be shattered in increasingly heartbreaking ways which imo the anime based on the sport just never captures. Haikyuu kinda did for me, probably helps that I don't know much technically about it beyond like one or two things so it was interesting.

I know what the anime I was thinking of was, it was the "House" anime. House being that show about the doctor who likes drugs. There was an anime which was basically exactly like it.
