Rias absolutely slaughters with Power of Destruction. Heck, she solos the verse for that matter
She’s Mountain to Island level and MHS to Relativistic in speed with busted matter and existence erasing Magic while Albedo can barely handle parrying machine gun rounds and has barely any destructive feats. Like, DxD actually backs up it’s shit unlike Overlord lol
