Finding a crew and becoming the PK is harder coz you don't get first mate like Zoro and Rayleigh often, not every fucking crew is the PK, and not every swordsman can be WSS.

Taking down Mihawk will eventually put down an end to a Yonko crew as he's the strongest member of their, and it holds significance important to the first mate of the PK, his promise to be the wss and stand next to Luffy, while cooking some sushi with salt water fish doesn't matter

The funny thing about the all blue is it being the only dream where the strawhat doesn't have to do anything, and still get to accomplish their dream by the merit of being on PK's crew

Pirate King: defeat the emperors and the navy
WSS: defeat Mihawk
Map: navigate the world and chart maps
Brave Warrior: Ussop has to improve himself
Cure for all diseases: be a good doctor
Void history: decipher the ponyglyphs
Greatest ship: continously improve the Sunny
Brook: survive florian triangle for 50 years
Jinbe:become ambassador for fishmen and fight the world government

What does Sanji even do to accomplish his dream, Make Luffy the pirate king? All the strawhat do that..

Zoro has contributed as much as Sanji to finding the all blue. Nami as a navigator contributes more to that dream. When the story ends and the strawhats find the all blue, Luffy as a captain will get all the credit for finding the legendary sea..
