Why were the dreams state in that order? It must have some meaning, Pirate King is clearly greater than WSS and drawing a map of the world is clearly harder than being a brave warrior of the sea

The thing is... what is Sanji doing for it?

Luffy is going after Yonkos because he is dumb but he thinks this is the way to become Pirate King(even though this is not his real dream).

Zoro is facing swordsmen in order to become WSS.

Sanji is cooking and chasing women in order to find All Blue?
