Hawkins is a STRAW MAN
Hawkins character development is realizing his cards are useless.
Oda doesn’t tell you who’s gonna die in advance. He will never do that. People need to get over it.
People saying killer will die or the one percent person will die don’t make any sense.
Odas never gonna have a character outright say that.
The whole point of one piece is overcoming the odds and making your own fate.
Look at luffy during The katakuri fight. He fought against a guy who could see the future someone who was stronger faster and more experienced and he still beat him. That’s what the manga is about.
That’s exactly why killer the one percent person or anyone who Hawkins predicts will die won’t.
The one percent guy has to be the most obvious red herring in the world. The one percent guy will be revealed and he won’t even die.
It’s a cliche for the author to hint at someone dying but instead someone else dies. This is what’s gonna happen. This is where Hawkins character development lies.
