A people who approves Chopper staying a stagnant character forever is not a people that love Chopper,but a people that hate him.
Did you forgot that there are still Perospero and Jack to defeat Inuarashi and Nekomamushi,so one of them can be Chopper's opponent?

I think at this point it is unlikely for Chopper to defeat Peros or Jack due to plot.
However, I do not recall precisely who, but someone here did say the SHs without solo wins (Brook, Chopper, and Usopp) may be used to stave off BMPs and/or CP0 as the dawn grows nearer. This is more possible, imo.
Otherwise, Chopper might solo all the remaining numbers once he recuperates completely.

Think the bounties will be:
-Luffy 3B (+1.5b for being the leader of the tag team)
-Law and Kid 1.5b (1b+ for the tag team)
-Zoro and Sanji around 1.3b (1b+ for beating Kaido main executives)
-Jinbei 638m (200+)
-Robin 530m (400+)
-Franky 494m (400+)
-Ussop 400m (200+)
-Brook 383m (300+)
-Nami 266m (200+)
-Chopper 1000
Dont think Luffy bounty will go to 5b, because when the SH got to fight the BBP, i believe Teach bounty will be bigger than Luffy, as he always is the underdog, and whatever Teach is doing while we are in Wano will probabily put his bounty close to 5b. This way a 3b Luffy can fight a 5b Teach and look like the underdog, and then after this, he become the PK his final bounty will go to 5.6b (Go-Mu), even supassing Roger.
Kid and Law as the other captains from the supernovas that still are big players, probably will have the biggest bounty besides the Emperor trio of Luffy, Teach and Shanks.
After Laftel Zoro and Sanji probably will go over 1.5b, with Zoro probably getting like 2b, but now they still aren't anything over a commander of a emperor.
Those post-Wano bounty are the last increase before the SH get to Laftel and Luffy become the PK, when they will get theirs final bounties.
