Break Week Alternate Scenario: Kaido wasn't on an expedition when Ace inaved Wano. What happens?

Let's assume that everything up to that point in the One Piece plot remained the same, but Kaido was present this time when Ace visited Wano.

Does Kaido simply kill Ace after he challenges him? Or, like Kidd and Luffy, does he throw him in Udon in the hopes of breaking his will and turning him into a useful solider?

Does Whitebeard finally get the balls to go to Wano and Fight Kaido if he's captured Ace? or will he continue to make excuses? If Kaido does kill Ace would Whitebeard not avenge him like Oden or is Ace different?

Far as I remember Ace wasn’t a WB pirate at the time he went to Wano, so there’s no chance of WB getting involved.

WB said he was surprised when Ace told him he was Roger’s son because the two don’t act much alike.

He was interested in Ace cause he was a D who was tearing his way through the NW but I don’t think he knew he was Roger’s son until he was told.

WB wouldn’t have went to Wano regardless of whether he knew or not though. Not until Ace was a WB pirate

How powerful would Luffy be,tough,without the Impel Down/Marineford events? Maybe he would have trained 2 years anyway because of the Sabaody events and his defeat against Kizaru,who knows. Sabo probably never gets his memories back.

Actually,now that i think about it,in both those scenarios Luffy's journey changes a lot too. Because if Blackbeard doesnt meet Ace he will keep hunting Luffy to become a Warlord,so sooner or later we get Luffy vs Blackbeard (maybe he waits for him at Sabaody or Fishman Island?) and Blackbeard probably wins? So Luffy dead or in Impel Down.

Ace never visited Wano and never met any of Tama and Yamato. He also never bonded with Oars Jr like he did when he made him a straw hat. Tama lacks the will power to push trough and dies before Luffy comes to Wano. Yamato questions her admiration for Oden and eventually gives in to Kaido's demands and marries a Big Mom Pirate. Due to that marriage the entire WCI arc never happens since two marriages within the same month are a bit too much and the entire Weedin Cake scenario and Wano Arc happens in one go. Yamato meets Chiffon and she convinces her to marry a guy she likes and to not give in. Pudding helps the straw hats since she somehow falls in love with Sanji anyway. Law poisons Big Mom with the cake, despite Sanji's protests. It only weakens her, so Kid finishes her off. Her DF gets reincarnated and Nami eats it in a battle against Ulti out of desperation and becomes a true witch.

At first Ace and Yamato wil try multiple times to beat Kaido, but they will always lose
After a year they will become more than just friends and start a love relationship

After the birth of their first kid, Ace will became more responsible and start working for Kaido
Yamato will stop with the Oden nonsense and accept to became shogun, making her father happy

Kaido will stop drinking and became the best grandpa ever

Mmm.. It depends on plotpower like always. Let's say Kaido destroys Ace like he did with Luffy at the start of Wano, at that point Ace shows CoC, Kaido is interested and put him in jail (otherwise he would have been probably killed and that is the end). At that point let's say the plotpower works a bit more and Ace eventually displays some other top tier feat and/or Kaido recognizes Roger in Ace. I think at that point Kaido would like to raise him either to have his new YC1 successor (maybe even plan to have him marry Yamato at that point, Yamato probably would be in) or, as another option, raise another "Oden" who can give Kaido the thrill of his life. Either way he raises him imo.

About WB... Oda already screwed with his character big time by making him avoid Wano but by doing so he dehyped a bit WB (at this point he is dead since years, bith in manga and real time) hyping Kaido at the same time. Still a wrong choice imo. Anyway WB attacks since Ace is not only his son but WB planned to raise Ace as his successor and the man who would have found the One piece, prophecy, etc. (basically Luffy, and that is also way Ace must die at Marineford). So WB attacks Wano. It is a bloodbath but in the end WB wins and either Ace is dead or, most likely is rescued (I don't think Kaido would be interested in killing a non mature Ace, unlike the WG who had to kill him asap and in sight since he was Roger's son). A weird turn could be that Ace marries Yamato, they both are fine with that, they go together to explore the seas and both Kaido and WB are fine with that. Maybe there is even an alliance between emperors at that point.

Ace escapes, go for round 2, he loses but unlocks ACoC Yamato stalls, Round 3, unlocks black flame, Kaido dies.
At some point in round 3 one of Kaido‘s fodder use Yamato as hostage.
