The celestial dragons aren't really hateble (if that is even a ward lol) they are simply stupid. Oda can't make me hate them. Considering the fact that Devil Fruits exist it 100% makes sense. Ain’t nothing but plot stopping someone like Blackbeard from scaling the Red Line and quaking Marijoa into oblivion and the same can be done with plenty of fruits. Even Kuma and Fisher Tiger casually raided them
