I have to go with the Thriller Bark panel. That arc was all about the crew and their value to Luffy.

The Post TS ones just have too much going on for them to be as good as the rest

If I had to rank them it would be

- Enies Lobby
- Arlong Park
- Water 7
- Thriller Bark/Onigashima (idk why I just didn't like TBs that much maybe cause it didn't have Luffy?)
- Fishman Island last and it isn't close
