Characters like Misa from Death Note. Lack of focus on main characters (i.e Brook).

Characters like O-Tama.

GOAT mangas not finishing

Overly Bitchy characters like Nami or Sakura,
Overly Competitive Characters like Rock Lee,
All the Arrogant Nobles / Elites characters feel the same, and most of them are tall, dark hair and borderline sadistic with poor unoriginal tastes like French Fashion from 17eme century, Classical Music and eating French Pastry. Not because of actual values of the thing but to reinforce "Luxury Tastes". Like being Rich / Elite = Having the same tastes, WTF ?๐Ÿˆ

A lot of Cliches in SoL that are completely alien to me due to being based on Japanese Culture thus I end up having to research to understand episodes that the Japanese audience probably understood in seconds

It's not that I hate these cliches. But they can be annoying

Don't know what Gokusen is but I did heard about Lady Snowblood which later inspired Kill Bill to come out (which is one of the few movies with a good female lead).
You should read it! There's a movie too.

About Gokusen: the drama is actually better. Only watched 1 episode of the anime and couldn't bring myself to watch more than 5 minutes of the second episode.
It's about a woman from a Yakuza family who is a teacher in a boy's school and trying to 'tame' the worst delinquent class with unorthodox yakuza methods.
It has a good amount of humor as well as some romance.

I will watch Lady Snowblood if I have some time.

Gokusen seems interesting. Might check it out.
