Speculations Anime just more or less revealed what Dragons devil fruit power is.

I am gonna be real, even if it is a little odd it just fits too well. Not only to its powers and theme work with Dragon, but it literally has his tattoo on its tail. Plus with Oda further emphasizing in the latest chapter that mythical zoans are the strongest devil fruits I find it highly likely Dragon too will not just have the Wind logia but a mythical animal that can manipulate the weather.
It does really fit perfectly, Mythical Dragon, Weather Manipulation, Winds of Change, Symbolizes Revolution ... etc
But i'm still 50-50 on it

When Dragon saved Luffy, there was a Technique Named "Wind Blast" which freed Luffy from Smoker
But the problem is that it wasn't drawn being unleashed from Dragon himself, He actually covered himself from the Blast
It looked like the Blast came from another Place & reached where Dragon is, as indicated by multiple Marine Soldiers it brought with it, and how it also saved Buggy & his Crew, Anime also did the same, but what's interesting is that They removed the "Wind Blast" Line! They basically didn't wanna reveal who said it (Also there is not a Single Zoan where User can unleash their Power from a Place other than their Body)
The reason i'm 50-50 is cuz i think it's possible Oda is tricking us into thinking Dragon have Wind/Weather Powers, but in reality, He has someone else doing that from behind the scenes, and that's why Dragon have that Tattoo

Not gonna lie I just cant see Oda introduce some other random character who has the actual ability Dragon has been implied to have all this time. It instead being that Dragon can just passively/actively influence the weather even in his now transformed form makes way more sense. It would be one thing if he had a suspiciously secret right-hand man but we know his "main" guys in the Revos by now.
All Revos we know already have devil fruits that do not affect weather or wind. And Dragon needs his own kind of hype. The time of even speculating if he is a fight or not is over. Luffy NEEDS his pops, Top Tier in his prime, to fight against the Gorosei and Imu, lets be real.

Only thing We can Confirm about Dragon's Fighting Style is that He is Ryusoken Master, Garp's Son & CoC User
So He can deliver some really Powerful Haoshoku-Imbued Martial Art Attacks, which makes him comparable to Garp in Combat
And then comes the Source of those Winds which represents his Trump Card
And i told you about Chapter 100, do you have any Explanation why Dragon wasn't the Source of those Winds?
We've never ever seen something like that except when it's something else Attacking like Big Mom's Homies
Dragon didn't Transform, didn't move his Hands, the Winds didn't come out from him, nor even from where He was standing, Anime removed "Wind Blast" Line, so We can't confirm if it was his VO who said it ... etc

But They aren't Dragons themselves, it's more like They worship them

So it's possible that He is also not a Dragon, but instead He worships an Eastern Dragon (Source of those Winds/Storms)
