Yeah I don't think this is gonna work out.
I don't have enough players (like around 24) and, although understandable, having people in and out makes it harder to structure the game and roles. Was hoping for 30 at least.
Factoring this, I think I'll just do this at a later date (or outright cancel it) when more people want to play Mafs.
