No, because one thing is a sword giving you a power bonus, and the other giving you the full, exact same strength of the previous user in spite of only having part of their soul.

And this is factually false as per canon material. Period. While this doesn't mean that Zoro was using Oden's haki, which I don't agree with either, it's deeply dishonest to deny that Oden left something in Enma that added to Zoro's overall strength, both according to Kawamatsu's explanations and the way characters like Kaidou and Big Mom reacted to Enma instead of Zoro.
And it's okay, really. Zoro becomes significantly weaker without his swords. Zoro has been growing stronger by taming his powerful swords since day one. It's just natural for him, and Wano simply elaborated on swords' lore.
So again, saying that the soul in the sword doesn't give any power bonus is false. If you want to be dishonest towards your own object of interest then perfect for you, but I will stick to explicit, canon information when it comes to understanding swordsmanship in this story. Zoro received Enma; Zoro became stronger thanks to Enma; and this involved Enma's own properties regarding haki and what Oden left in it. Simple as that.
