Yeah, with the announcement from Bao Huang, they're done. This was just a horrible choice by Oda.

I think her and Page One are finished. Would've liked to see more from Ulti vs Nami and I think it's a shame Page One wasn't really anyone's arc opponent. Bao Huang even announced their defeat, no point in either getting up again (perhaps we'll see them at the end of Wano after the war's finished).
