I am experienced in this matter. Behind the back of the years of fighting against one of the 3 strongest groups: Zoro wankers, Mihawk wankers and Yonko wankers. I have also encountered other groups, but they are not as powerful as these three wanker groups.

Like people come and say who among Commanders/Vets should be they want him demoted or upgraded
(Because X was seen wanking too much)

The one with more votes gets demoted or an upgrade

My first suggestion: make @True God Moe the rightful leader as he has never broken any of the anti-wank tenants unlike ndule who has broken tenant 3 repeatedly by deleting his account, going on hiati, and putting the most powerful wankers on ignore.
