Character Discussion Anyone else can't really stand Chopper at all?

Oda actually "confirmed" this is exactly what happened with a note where he explained he didn't want Chopper to be the common cute mascot but the anime then gave him a feminine little voice completely different to what he had in mind and ultimately accepted the change. He also pointed at how he wasn't designed as your average "kawaii" as he had a reindeer snout but, well, we all know how his face has changed, don't we?

You get my point, I want to see that ability again, he had so many moments where he could've used it
Chopper could've been a fighter that hits vital points and beats his enemies instead of a brute
I really don't like how the only relevant characters are luffy, zoro, sanji, nami while the others get outshined
Brook and robin had their moments but they were almost background characters for the majority of post ts
Usopp only shined in dresrosa and oda is saving him for elbaf
All the rest seem like they were forgetten by the author himself

Yup, fuck Post-TS Chopper. His design is trash, his behavior is trash, just annoying in general.
Pre-TS, he had a much better design, was much less annoying and his transformations actually looked cool and made sense. Just look at the Kung Fu point BS, huge body with tiny arms and legs...that shit doesn't make any sense, how is that gonna work?
The Arm point was much cooler and actually made sense.
They even fucked up his Horn point:
