The only thing I'm noticing is that swords are now being compared with devil fruits as if swords gave anyone the power to destroy the world, change the weather or warp reality. Someone can't stand that their favorite characters are complete frauds that get carried by magic fruits.

Its not really swords vs df.It all comes down to haki vs df.Without good haki a sword won't do much by itself vs the big players in the OP world.
