API to change user name for the elites

Instead of asking a mod/admin to change the username, users could use an API to do this but the feature is reserved for VIP only. There could even be a swagger page/ simple webapp that has these api in a GUI form to make it simple.

Yeah VIP users should have the right to change their username, tag, username color, etc. without asking the mods every time.

But as for tags iirc @Pantheos said smth once about it that it's really hard to change tags because of the way they're implemented in the site
