I'm still banking on Dr. Vegapunk being a top tier. I mean it only makes sense to keep the best high-tech gadgetry for yourself, right?
Hopefully the CP0 boss ends up being a new character and is an admiral/emperor leveled fighter.

Same here, hoping he turns out to be a top tier. We have the vinsmokes, Sanji, Queen, Franky, Caesar (at least utilizing his df and science) using scientific like enhancements, why not Vegapunk the peak of science in OP.

He doesn't need to be one, but would be cool to have someone reach top tier status through that means.

More specifically , i think yes . But i'm not sure if this Zatoichi character was in the movie in which Kizaru's and Ryokugyu's actors starred as well ( i have not watched any Japanese film ) .

@AdmiralKinyagi did Shintaro Katsu play as Zatoichi in that movie with Kunie Tanaka and Yoshio Harada ? In that movie called "Ronin Gai" ? or whatever it's title is .

He was In the movie, but even the way Fuji handles his sword is from zatotchi
