Another discussion about the arcs of One Piece.
I decided to put both Whiskey Peak and Little Garden arcs in one rewind thread due to how short and how close these arcs are with the presence of Vivi, Mr5 and Ms Valentine in both arcs and of how they both served as a prelude to Drum Island and Alabasta arcs.
