The second one seems to be referring to being in a chat of some sort, or perhaps being in a position to ask questions of the host. I'm guessing the former as I can't recall any announcement that could pertain to the latter, might be worth claiming who we know is in neighbour chats?

First one is interesting, poor punctuation (Im instead of I'm) but seems to be with people who are highly regarded players or at least known for being fun.

I don't think so. You need to think more critically YTW - would you be reading yourself town based on what you've been given so far? I don't think Fuji has to be town exactly but I would be rather surprised if he's Mafia of any kind.
