To put in mortal terms, the Spirit has a very wide range of oneshots, each of which may only be used to fufill a person's prayer. Regular kill a player, revive a player, convert a player to anti-town, redirect the lynch target, hide votes in role PM, or janitor one of their/their team's actions.
