Break Week Are adv CoC and Awakening the new Sharingan and Bijuu?

In Naruto's war arc only characters with Sharingan or a Bijuu really mattered in the grand scheme things.
Except for Gai who ended up being a small distraction for Madara at the end of the day.
Do you think one piece will fall into the same trap and only characters who possess adv coc or awakening will matter and become top tier in the final war? Kaido already confirmed that only a handful of the very strongest can use adv coc.

It's like this for the top tiers but it's not really a bad thing, Sharingan and Bijuu weren't a bad thing in Naruto, the bad thing happened at the really end with that shit of Kaguya etc. If remain this way it's perfect. With Yamato (if she enter the crew), Zoro and Luffy the SH already have 3 top fighters, but it's necessary to have the rest, they can't win alone. If Naruto has gone all to the drain it's because Naruto and Sasuke become Demigods, and with that all that happened before seemed useless, I don't think that will happen in One Piece.

I think mastering 02 types of haki should be enough to make u a top tier.
While Acoc, DF awakening, fighting style are factors that make u a candidate for peak top-tier.

DF masters will have awakening
haki masters will have ACoC

Apart from those powers, we might see more fighters with lineage factor powers due to the SSG.

One Piece has already reached that point when we discover that you have to be born with COC to reach the top. Luffy still extrapolates a lot being a D, having the voice of all things, coming from a family of monsters and probably being Joy Boy
